After filling out the  New Client Intake Form below, we can meet up for Zoom chat or start the process over the phone. We will discuss your where you'd like to go, preferences, wish list and all the important details you want for your trip.

Building Your Trip

You will receive a proposal tailored to your needs. You’ll get to look over options and see details catered specifically to your travel desires, budget, and special requests. You’ll tell me your preferences, what you can do without, and anything you’d like changed or added. Basically, we’ll work back and forth until we have the perfect itinerary tailored to your specifications!

Finalizing Your Trip

Formea Travel will take care of all the details! We’ll collect your payment information in a PCI complaint manner, make all reservations, deposits, arrangements, and bookings. All you need to do is mark your calendar and start counting down the days until departure!

Taking Your Trip

Here is the best part! Go enjoy, unplug and recharge, we will check in to making sure your vacation is going as planned and you are being taken care of along the way. With a mobil app to access your itinerary on any where in the world, you'll truly be able to unplug without every feeling lost!

Flights

Round-trip flights from Chicago to most European cities typically range around $950-$1200 per person. Prices vary based on booking time and travel dates, so planning ahead can help you find the best deals.  I am happy to assist you with this step!  Most times I am able to find great airfare when bundled lodging and rental car or tours. 

Pre or post flight Hotel/parking

Sometimes travelers have flights that leave very early in the morning or arrive back in the USA very late at night.  This may require you to have hotel accommodations prior to departure or available when you return after a long travel day.  Many times parking can be bundled with these accommodations making it easier for you to get the rest you need before or after your trip.  I am happy to assist you with these accommodations.

Optional Transfers

Most of the European packages include transfers to and from your hotels, however, I can also make these arrangements and I can arrange for a rental car for you if that is what you desire.  I am happy to assist you with every thing you want to make this a fabulous trip.
