After filling out the New Client Intake Form, we can meet up for Zoom chat or start the process over the phone. We will discuss your where you'd like to go, preferences, wish list and all the important details you want for your trip.

Building Your Trip

You will receive a proposal tailored to your needs. You’ll get to look over options and see details catered specifically to your travel desires, budget, and special requests. You’ll tell me your preferences, what you can do without, and anything you’d like changed or added. Basically, we’ll work back and forth until we have the perfect itinerary tailored to your specifications!

Finalizing Your Trip

Formea Travel will take care of all the details! We’ll collect your payment information in a PCI complaint manner, make all reservations, deposits, arrangements, and bookings. All you need to do is mark your calendar and start counting down the days until departure!

Taking Your Trip
